A 1984 graduate of Boothbay Region High School, Ted soon enrolled at the University of Southern Maine. Upon graduation in 1988, Ted began working at Harbor Realty with his mother, Mary Lee Brown. Through the years he has been on various committees in the Boothbay Region as well as a long time assistant varsity football coach at Boothbay Region High where he was fortunate enough to coach several state champions.
Ted is very knowledgeable about real estate in the Boothbay Region and offers a personal touch to real estate and always makes it a priority to respond to his clients and customers in a very timely fashion.

Larry Colcord
Real Estate Agent
Larry was raised in Boothbay Harbor and graduated from Boothbay Region High School. He and his wife Mary, a Respiratory Therapist at Miles Memorial Hospital, have raised their children, Tallie and Nate, here in the Boothbay Harbor Region. Their children both graduated from Boothbay Region High School and Larry has been a continuing member of that School Board for the past 23 years. Their daughter Tallie is now working in Bali and son Nate has just graduated from Texas Tech University. Scout, however, the family’s yellow lab, did not attend the local school system.
Larry’s career background includes: a Tour Boat Captain, introducing tourists to the beauty of the Boothbay Harbor’s coast line; a 16 year association with The Shipyard in Boothbay Harbor & Rideout Marine; and his ongoing Landscape Business, providing seasonal landscape maintenance, property care, and snow control.
Larry seems to always have a smile on his face and a happy spirit. Once when asked if he ever had a bad day? His response was “yes, when Mary got mad at me a few years ago”, and that is the great sense of humor that follows him wherever he goes.
