Our
Story
Harbor Realty is a small, family owned real estate company that was established in 1972. The company was founded by Boothbay's matriarch Mary Lee Brown. Brown established a strong presence in the region, building a clientele of locals and newcomers alike.
Today, Harbor Realty is owned and operated by Mary Lee's son, Ted Brown. Ted is a licensed broker and holds extensive knowledge of the area as he married his high school sweetheart and has raised two children here.
